Services
We can offer appointments either face-to-face (travel charges may apply) or virtual appointments via MS Teams. Depending on where you live e.g. outside of Kent, virtual-only appointments may be offered. In some cases where the person lives outside of Kent, face-to-face may be considered but travel charges will apply, this can be discussed during your free initial consultation call.
Please contact us today to discuss your needs, we offer a free consultation telephone call or virtual meeting to ensure we are the correct people to help you, if not we may be able to signpost you to a suitable person or service.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer appointments to those who are in a mental health crisis, if we feel you are in crisis, we will signpost you to the most relevant agency/service that can offer you support.
Individual Therapy Sessions
- We can support people with difficulties in the following areas:
- Understanding a diagnosis of Autism and/or ADHD (Psychoeducation)
- Activities of daily living including self-care
- Executive functioning e.g. organisational skills, attention/focus
- Employment (gaining employment, reasonable adjustments and retaining employment)
- Education (working with student support, making recommendations to education providers)
- Leisure and social activities
- Sensory differences
- Interoception
- Emotional regulation
- Accessing health appointments by providing hospital passports
- Form filling, i.e. Personal Independence Payments (initial consultation must be completed)
- Signposting to local groups or other services if we are not the right service for you at this moment in time or require ongoing support.
Specialist Assessments
- Sensory Profile (to discover how your sensory preferences impact upon your daily living)
- Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (to identify specific challenges in ADL performance and make recommendations for support)
- Workplace assessments (for reasonable adjustments)
- Environmental assessments (to make sure your environment is suitable for your sensory and physical needs)
- Activities of daily living assessments
- Interoceptive Awareness Assessment
- Outcome Star (used in the initial assessment and when discharged from therapy)
Workplace and Employers
- Workplace assessments, liaison, training, advice and recommendations for reasonable adjustments and support at work.
Training and Education
- Psychoeducational workshops to employers about supporting neurodivergent employees. These workshops will offer employers a better understanding of autism and how to support their neurodivergent employees.
Supervision and Mentoring
- Professional Clinical supervision for Occupational Therapists working with Neurodivergent adults
- Mentoring and Peer support for Occupational Therapists and student Occupational Therapists.
